The skill of the pattern maker is what ultimately yields the effectiveness of the final casting. Our Pattern shop facilities a full service operation using modern high tech machines like VMC, CNC and DRO Milling Machines. All Patterns/Die are design in IDEAS, UNIGRAPHICS, MASTERCAM and other CAD/CAM Softwares.

Our experienced Pattern / Die making team utilize a number of materials (i.e. wood, plastics, and metals.) and highly precision CNC technology to construct your pattern. Die and Core boxes. Careful consideration is given to constructing a Pattern using materials that will meet customer needs, now and in the future and maximizing Pattern / Die investments. In some caes, full size prototypes of the finished castings are made to insure accurate fit, avoiding delays in the production process.
